Grounding techniques can help you when you are feeling emotionally dysregulated whether from anxiety, strong emotions or a trauma trigger.

I’ve selected some of my favorite grounding techniques for you to try. There are many different grounding techniques available and you might benefit from trying others. The purpose of grounding techniques is to help your brain and your body come back down to a calm place. Grounding techniques work best when you practice them daily!
